While initial visits and reviews take place in a private consultation room, adjustments happen in the open-plan studio. The energy in the space is relaxed and friendly—kids can play, partners can rest, and you can take a moment to breathe.

I know how full life can feel, so I’ve made every effort to keep things simple and accessible. From easy online booking (yes, even at 3am during a feed), to flexible appointment times and onsite parking, Thrive is built to work around your world—not the other way around.

If you’re anything like me, you value efficiency, connection, and compassion. After 17 years as an associate, I finally had the chance to bring my vision to life—a chiropractic studio I’d feel confident bringing my own family to. That’s exactly what I’ve created here at Thrive: a welcoming space where every detail is designed with families in mind. My goal is for everyone who walks through the door to feel supported, valued, and truly cared for—just like family.
Inside the Studio
Whether you’re looking to unwind while your little ones explore the toy corner, need a quick tune-up before a Parkrun, or are juggling a newborn and just need someone who gets it, this space is for you. From yoga and breath work workshops, to hypnobirthing courses and tummy time classes for your little ones, the Thrive Studio is a hub for self care, learning and growth for you and your family.
